Zenda Telephone Company
Zenda currently services about 250 access lines over a 120 square mile area in south central Kansas, about 40 miles southwest of Wichita. This equates to about 2 access lines per square mile. The economy is predominately based upon rural agriculture.

The company had its beginnings in 1902. E.C. Dafforn offered the first telephone service by placing a wire on the farmers' fence posts. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Graber purchased the company in 1926. Woodrow Graber purchased the company from his parents in October 1939. TelAtlantic acquired Zenda Telephone in January 2001.

West Side Telephone Company
West Side serves about 2800 access lines over a 401 square mile area just west of Morgantown in north central West Virginia. This equates to about 6.8 access lines per square mile. In addition, West Side provides Internet Service to 3,000 subscribers in its own serving area and the adjacent area of Morgantown. Morgantown is the home of West Virginia University. West Side serves three exchanges (Laurel Point, Core and Daybrook) and 36 of its access lines are located just across the state line in Pennsylvania.

West Side began operations in June 1922 under the ownership of S.E. Titus. In 1945, Delbert Dodrell bought the company. Delbert's daughter, Ruth began working for the company at age 14 and took over running the company in 1989. Ruth and her husband Roscoe Dawson retired from the company in January 2001. Their three children are still heavily involved in managing the company.

TelAtlantic invested in West Side in 2001 and recently acquired majority control.

Westco Internet
Westco Internet provides Internet Service to 3,000 subscribers in its own serving area and the adjacent area of Morgantown,WV Westco Internet also provides DSL, High Speed Dial-Up, Standard 56k Dial-up, Networking, Web Hosting, and Web Design Services.

Communications Plus
Communications Plus is a division of West Side Telecommunications in Laurel Point near Westover, WV. Serving the western end of monongalia county with local telephone service for over 80 years.

Communications Plus offers sales and service for business communication systems with certified technicians in several top brand telephone systems. We can help with your business communication needs whether you're a small 1 person office or a huge multi location corporation. From plain old telephone lines to voiceover IP we have your solution. Soon Communications Plus will be able to offer you local telephone service as well as long distance, and DSL to business and residences in the Morgantown, WV area. Miller Telephone Company

Miller currently serves about 1200 access lines over a 96 square mile area in southwest Missouri between Joplin and Springfield. This equates to about 12.4 access lines per square mile. The economy is predominately bases upon rural agriculture. Miller serves one exchange and currently provides Internet Services to about 250 subscribers.

C.W. Hill and his brothers organized the "Hill" Telephone system in Miller in 1900. The company was sold to Leo Isaacs in 1920 and in 1932 the company was sold to R.D. Shoemaker. Fred Isaacs bought the company in 1954 and renamed it The Miller Telephone Company. In 1975, the Robert Prince family bought the company and operated it until the sale to TelAtlantic in 2001.
